Clear rules for a trustworthy workspace.

These terms explain how Novamium works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from customers using the platform.

Our commitment

Novamium is built for rental owners and property teams who need a calm, secure place to run their business. We will not hide billing terms, make cancellation difficult, or claim ownership of your portfolio data.

  • You can start free where a free plan is available.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can cancel online without calling us or negotiating with us.
  • Your workspace data belongs to you and your organization.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for choosing the right roles and permissions for people you invite to your workspace. You should only upload data that you have the right to manage in Novamium.

Organization admins control billing, members, and workspace settings. If your account is part of an organization, your organization may control access to workspace data.

Subscriptions, trials, and renewals

Novamium may offer free plans, paid plans, free trials, promotional offers, or custom enterprise terms. Paid plans are billed through Stripe unless we agree to a separate written arrangement.

  • Before you pay, we aim to show the plan name, price, billing frequency, trial length if any, and cancellation method.
  • If a trial converts to a paid plan, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • If a subscription renews monthly, Stripe charges the payment method on file at the renewal price shown during checkout or later notice.
  • If we materially change pricing for an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required before the new price takes effect.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. We do not want customers to stay because cancellation is hard. We want customers to stay because Novamium is valuable.

To cancel, use the in-app billing area or Stripe billing portal. If you cannot find it, email support@novamium.com and we will help. For more detail, read our Cancellation Policy.

Unless stated otherwise, cancellation generally stops future renewal charges and your paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds and customer care

Our refund posture is customer-friendly. If you forgot to cancel, were charged unexpectedly, or are unhappy during your first 30 days of paid use, contact us and we will review it fairly.

See the Refund Policy for details. We may decline refund requests involving abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or significant completed services.

Data ownership and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the data you upload, create, or manage in Novamium. You give Novamium the permission needed to host, secure, process, display, and support that data for your workspace.

  • Do not use Novamium to break the law, violate tenant rights, upload malware, or abuse other users.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or billing controls.
  • Do not upload highly sensitive data that the product is not designed to handle unless Novamium explicitly supports that use case.

Third-party services

Novamium uses trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe for billing, Supabase for authentication/database services, and Sentry for reliability monitoring. These providers help us deliver Novamium safely. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Service changes and account termination

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of Novamium over time. If a major change affects a paid subscription, we will try to provide practical notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, nonpayment, legal risk, fraud, abuse, or serious violation of these terms. We aim to act proportionally and communicate when it is safe and appropriate to do so.
