Can Nova take actions on my behalf?

Nova recommends actions — sending reminders, generating reports, flagging risk — but always requires your approval before anything is executed. You stay in control.

Paid monthly plans renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled. Portfolio starts with a 14-day trial when selected from the trial CTA, then becomes $49/month unless canceled before the trial ends. Nova is $149/month unless canceled.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel online from billing settings or the Stripe billing portal. You do not need to call sales. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and paid access usually continues through the current billing period.

What if I forgot to cancel?

Email support@novamium.com. If you are within your first 30 days of paid use or were surprised by a charge, we review refund requests with a customer-friendly approach.

Is there a mobile app?

A dedicated mobile app is in development. The web platform is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers today.

Can I start before connecting bank or payment tools?

Yes. You can set up your properties, leases, and expenses right away. Payment integrations and bank connections can be added later at your pace.
