Novamium customers should never have to hunt for cancellation. If you want to leave, we make the process clear and respectful.

The Novamium cancellation promise

We are not the company that traps customers. We are building Novamium so customers want to stay, not because cancellation is hidden, but because the product earns trust.

  • You can cancel online.
  • You do not need to call sales to cancel.
  • You do not need to explain yourself to stop future renewal charges.
  • We may ask for optional feedback, but it will not block cancellation.
  • If we ever show a discount or retention offer, a cancel option should remain clear and nearby.

How to cancel

Admins can manage billing from the Novamium app where billing controls are available, including the Stripe billing portal. As Novamium expands its billing center, cancellation will remain easy to find from the account or billing area.

If you cannot access the billing area, email support@novamium.com and include your workspace name and account email. We will help without making you repeat the same request across multiple channels.

When cancellation takes effect

  • For most monthly subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal charges and paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • For trials, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.
  • If a subscription is canceled after a renewal charge, the Refund Policy explains when we may review a refund.
  • Enterprise or custom agreements may have different cancellation terms if separately agreed in writing.

California online cancellation

If you start a subscription online, Novamium aims to let you cancel online without unnecessary steps that obstruct or delay cancellation. This includes making cancellation available from a reasonable account, billing, or settings location.

We design this policy around customer-friendly online cancellation and California automatic renewal expectations. If you ever cannot find cancellation, email us and we will help fix the experience, not blame you.

After cancellation

  • You should receive a Stripe or Novamium billing confirmation where available.
  • Your workspace may keep access through the current paid period unless the subscription is canceled immediately or a custom agreement says otherwise.
  • You can request help exporting or deleting data, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.
  • You can contact support if you canceled by mistake or want to resume before access ends.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are related but separate. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
