Refund Policy

Fair billing when something does not feel right.

We would rather keep your trust than keep a charge that feels unfair. This policy explains how refund reviews work.

Plain-English summary

Last updated: July 4, 2026. Novamium writes these policies to be readable and fair. If anything is unclear, email support@novamium.com.

Our refund stance

Novamium is customer-friendly by design. If you forgot to cancel, were surprised by a charge, or are not happy in your first 30 days of paid use, contact us and we will review it fairly.

  • No long-term contracts unless separately agreed in writing.
  • No hidden cancellation path.
  • No pressure scripts to avoid a reasonable refund conversation.
  • We aim to respond to billing support quickly and clearly.

First 30 days of paid use

If you are within your first 30 days of paid Novamium use and the product is not right for you, email support@novamium.com. We will review your request with a customer-first approach.

Trials and accidental renewals

If a free trial converts to a paid subscription and you meant to cancel before the trial ended, contact us. We will review the timing, usage, and billing history fairly.

The best way to avoid future charges is to cancel before the trial or billing period renews. Read our Cancellation Policy for details.

What may not be refundable

  • Custom enterprise work, migration services, implementation services, or one-time services that have already been delivered.
  • Charges connected to fraud, abuse, policy violations, or intentional misuse.
  • Repeated refund requests after continued use of the paid service.
  • Fees that payment networks, banks, or processors do not return to us, where applicable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card network timing can vary after Novamium submits the refund.

If you opened a chargeback, we may need to work through the card network process instead of issuing a separate duplicate refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@novamium.com with the workspace name, account email, charge date, and a short note about what happened.

You do not need to write a legal letter. A plain explanation is enough.
