Privacy Policy

Your data is yours. We protect it like it matters.

This policy explains what Novamium collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how customers can ask for help.

Plain-English summary

Last updated: July 4, 2026. Novamium writes these policies to be readable and fair. If anything is unclear, email support@novamium.com.

What we collect

Novamium collects the information needed to create accounts, run workspaces, process billing, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service.

  • Account data such as name, email, authentication identifiers, organization, role, and workspace membership.
  • Workspace data such as properties, leases, tenants, vendors, messages, maintenance, expenses, files, reports, and related metadata you choose to add.
  • Billing data handled by Stripe, such as customer, subscription, invoice, payment status, and limited payment metadata. Novamium does not store full card numbers.
  • Usage, device, diagnostic, security, and audit data needed to keep Novamium reliable and safe.
  • Support messages and communications you send to us.

How we use data

  • To provide the Novamium workspace and keep your organization data connected to the right users.
  • To authenticate users, enforce roles and permissions, and protect against unauthorized access.
  • To process subscriptions, invoices, trials, cancellations, refunds, and failed payment workflows.
  • To operate customer support, troubleshooting, product reliability, and security monitoring.
  • To improve the product using aggregated or minimized operational signals where practical.

Trusted processors

We use specialized providers so Novamium can run securely and reliably. They process data only for service operations, not to sell your workspace data.

  • Stripe helps process payments, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, billing portal sessions, disputes, and refunds.
  • Supabase helps provide authentication, database, storage, and related backend infrastructure.
  • Sentry helps detect crashes, errors, and reliability issues. Novamium configures monitoring to scrub sensitive data where practical.
  • Hosting, email, security, analytics, and infrastructure vendors may help us operate the service.

AI and sensitive workspace content

Nova is designed to help with property operations while keeping you in control. AI features may process the workspace content you ask Nova to analyze, summarize, or prepare.

We aim to minimize unnecessary exposure, avoid sending secrets to places they do not belong, and keep human approval in front of important actions.

Security and access controls

Novamium uses authentication, role-based access, scoped sessions, audit trails, encryption, monitoring, and operational controls to reduce risk. No online service can promise perfect security, but we design Novamium to protect sensitive portfolio records seriously.

You can learn more on our Security & Trust page.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your workspace data. We share data when needed to provide Novamium, comply with law, protect the service, process billing, support your organization, or follow your instructions.

Retention and deletion

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security records.

If you cancel, your subscription terms may end before all retained records are deleted. Contact us if you need export or deletion help.

Your choices

  • You can update account and workspace information in the app where available.
  • You can cancel a paid subscription as described in the Cancellation Policy.
  • You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion help by contacting support.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.

California privacy note

If you are in California, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information depending on how Novamium is used and applicable law. Email support@novamium.com and we will respond in a practical, good-faith way.
